The hull is Carvel Planked with 3/4" Philippine Mahogany, Resorcinol glued, and fastened over 1 1/4" X 5" Oak main frames on 18" centers, and 1 1/2" X 1" steam bent intermediate frames on alternating 18" centers. Monel fasteners were used throughout.
The bottom is double planked with 3/8" marine plywood and 3/4" Philippine Mahogany. Resorcinol glued, and fastened with solid Honduras Mahogany. The bridge, bridge deck, and foredeck are fiberglass cloth and resin over marine plywood. The bottom was fiberglass cloth and resin covered over planks to the boot top when built. The bottom paint was removed, the fiberglass cloth was recoated with epoxy resin and repainted with bottom paint in 1985.
In 1996, the entire hull sides were sanded to bare wood, the side rails were removed, and the entire hull sides down to the chine rail were covered over with two layers of fiberglass cloth and epoxy resin. The cloth used was one layer of 17 ounce bi-ax cloth, and one layer of 8 ounce matt. The epoxy used was Epon Epoxy resin, and thickened with Cab-o-sil (colloidal silica) to add strength. The side rails were replaced, and the hull was faired and repainted with Awlcraft 2000 paint.

The entire salon is satin finished varnished mahogany, with bright finished varnished moldings. There is a L-shaped lounge with white leather cushions on port side which can sleep one. The lounge has storage underneath on both sides. There is a custom made varnished rybovich mahogany high-low table near the lounge. On the port side, aft of the lounge is a custom made varnished mahogany liquor and beverage cabinet, with two pull out deep draws, with circular cut outs to hold bottles. The forward side of the lounge has the Cruisair reverse cycle air conditioner control knobs. The aft starboard side of the salon has a varnished mahogany custom made TV and stereo cabinet. There is a new leatherette headliner, with LED lighting, custom Altenkirch chrome on brass rod holders and varnished mahogany curtain valances both sides and aft with indirect LED lighting under the valances. The deck has removeable carpet over the engine room access hatches. There are two sliding entrance doors at the aft end of the salon. Forward starboard side has the built-in flush electric circuit breaker panel locker with main AC and DC circuit breakers.
Varnished teak center control console with attached VHF radio cabinet with a Ritchie compass mounted on top. Complete gauges, powder coated Rybovich single lever control arms, powered coated Rybovich steering wheel, and Panish single lever engine control system installed 2007. Built in U-shape all around front and side seating, with storage under, with six lifejackets and a Winslow inflatable six-man life raft, and white leatherette cushions on top. Bright varnished Rybovich signature teak double handrails. Electronics cabinet forward, located in the dry area of the bridge, with sliding glass doors. The teak sole and covering boards were installed in Florida by Marine Carpenters in 2003. The teak sole is half inch thick solid 1-7/8" wide teak planks epoxied down over fiberglass cloth and resin covered marine plywood. The cover boards are solid 7/8" thick teak bookend matched port and starboard, and epoxied down over fiberglass cloth and epoxy resin covered marine plywood. There are four chrome Rupp rod holders, two chrome hawse pipes, starboard and port chrome fuel fills. There are two live bait wells and one access hatch to the lazarette. Transom tuna door. Lower control station varnished teak console with complete gauges, powder coated, Rybovich single lever control arms, powder coated Rybovich steering wheel. Panish single lever engine control system installed in 2007. Rybovich teak and stainless steel bridge ladder with chrome on bronze step brackets. Rybovich fighting chair.
